Just finished building my first pc and when I plug everything in and press the power button: All of the fans in the case start running(for a split second), the LEDs on the MOBO flash on(also for a split second)...then nothing, everything turns off. Then if i don't press anything it will repeat this process every 5 or 10 seconds until i hit the power switch on my PSU. If anyone can help I would really appreciate it. I've been messing around with it for hours now with no luck.

Everything is working properly now, just one last question. Is there any specific free antivirus that is better than the others?

The best security set up imo is Nod32 Anti Virus, Comodo Firewall(free), and then have Malwarebytes installed as a back up scanner and run it once a day.
