    How do you transfer data files from a old PC to a new one?

    different ways. use an usb stick to save info off old pc & paste to new pc. take the hd out of the old pc & connect to the new pc via an usb external drive enclosure or connect the old hd as a secondary drive to new pc motherboard to copy & paste info from 1 drive to the other. just depends on how much data you have to copy over will determine what method you would likely use.
