NEW PLEASE HELP DVD TO PC!!!

    Hi
    Apologies for my lack of knowledge here
    I bought a DVD Recorder and decided to transfer all my old Videos to DVD which I did Successfully as far as DVD Players are concerned.
    I finalised the DVD on the recorder however when I put in my DVD ROM Drive it says
    I/O Device Error!!

    Please help me out here
