hi guys just bought a new slimline ps2 for xmas not quite sure the vrsion really, anyway dcided to get it modded with the matrix infinity chip at a computer fair. All seemed well for about a week as normal and backed up games would work but then the ps2 decided it didnt want to rad the discs. I checked it out n it seems like the disc isnt spinning so ive looked around here for tips but no joy......... anyone willing to help m please, bare in mind this ps2 is brand new from the shop !! danny
1. Where ever you got your ps2 modded probably didn't install the laser fix 2. Blown fuse somewhere. My advice, buy a new ps2 and have a trusted modder do it. Unless you wanna spill time and money into it.
