I have a DS fatty and love it and I don't plan on getting a DS lite in the future! Well, maybe if its 100 bucks or less... I want to know what I need to run homebrew games and apps on my DS but I also want to be able to play backups of my current DS games and emulators. What products do I need. So far I think I need a Passkey 3, an M3 SD version (can I use MMC's with this?) and thats it other then a SD memory card. Do I need anything else? Does anyone have any links to sites who have any good deals or prices? What would I need just to play DS backups? Just a passcard 3?

    Thanks for helping,

    Yes thats everything you need.

Be sure to get a compatible SD card, and if you plan on watching videos, make sure it's a fast one.

I would recommend getting the M3 from http://www.divineo.com
I'm not sure on where to get a passcard3 at the moment as divineo only has them on pre-order.

To play DS backups you need both the M3 and the passcard, you put the DS game on the M3, and the passcard tells the DS to use DS mode when running the game from the GBA slot.
