Hey i am brand new to Xbox..have nbeen in ps2 for a while but am liking the xbox better. I need some help tho... First i need help with chossing a modchip retalier and installer... what is a good and realiable place to get a modchip installed..i can't solder for anything so i need a trusted website to send it in. Plus how is that done?....Do i ship in a regualer shipping box to the mail addressess...can sumone who has done this before help?..thanks! Now i need help ont he actual chip... which is the best modchip? the xecuter lite 2 or the pro version with the switch. Second What is the advantage of the switch? Just for online? Third does the xecuter 2 lite (or pro)work with a dvd9 game? (either backup or original) Thanks very much to anyone that has doen this and can help...Thanx
i heard and checked about these pogo pins for xecuter 2.2 pro form system-mods.com...how does that work if anyone knows and how do uinstall it and is that site realiable?
I actually installed the Xecuter 2.2 lite myself with the pogo pins. The pins go where the 9 wires are supposed to go but they still need to be soldered. You have to take your motherboard completely out of your case and solder the back of the pins.
