new to this site need help with viewsat ultra

    I was doing a update on my viewsat ultra and I lost power and now my box has 4 lines on it and I can't get it to do anything can anyone Please help me ---- ?

    Try to put the factory versiou 131 on to reciever and then put current bin on right away. Use the null cable not the usb stick
