New UP*/N*L cards issued

    My dad just got his new card yesterday(he has the basic no sports/movies package), It appears from looking at the writing on it that is only a nagra2 card, How exactly do you tell the difference in a nagra2/3 card?
    Could they intend to be keeping the nagra2 stream for basic channels?

    I am in North Dublin but not received anything from them.

    Does anyone know how to tell the difference from looking at them?

    no writing like the above in small black letters its nagra 3

    All new cards that are been issued are Nagra 3, posting out nagra2 cards would be pointless

    Have received new N*Hell card in Dublin. It states that after you replace the card and leave for 5/6 hours to update - you must then call N*Hell to confirm the update.

    Are these cards specific to the actual box, as it states the digital box numbers on the letter with the new card attached?

    Upon confirmation to them, can they detect the actual box that has been updated?
