If you can get a Corsair 450VX for the PSU and ATI 4850 for the video card you should be good to go!

What's your budget? The Australian dollar has fallen sharply, so you could end up paying 10-20% on top of the prices on that site. That card is probably your best bet (the HD4850 is a lot in australia), as long as you can afford potentially paying more like $160 for it.
This is the PSU we recommend:

For a new PSU and a new video card. Together, I'm hoping to spend no more then $280 AUS.

The card you advised was nearly three hundred dollars and therefore way out of my price range.

Precisely, hence why I said you should stick with the HD3850 you originally posted. It's the 512MB Version so you're OK there. However, there is a new card on the market which works out slightly cheaper, and slightly faster, with more modern HD playback, and so on, which is this one:

That plus the Power Supply I recommended gives you a total cost of $239. Allow for any price changes on that site, it should still come within your budget.

    Thankyou a lot sammorris.
You have helped me out a lot.

Lets hope the economy fall hasn't affected it too much.

Oh okay, every penny I can save I'm trying to.

As long as that PSU can handle it.

I'm going to purchase if you think that is a decent setup. lol.

That will be fine, I use that PSU with a PC that probably uses more power than this will.
