New video card

    I'm looking to add a new video card to a PC. I was looking for the following features if possible:

    - at least 128MB
    - PCI interface
    - TV Out function (with S-Video and/or RCA video outs)
    - standard VGA output
    - Coax input for TV Tuner capability

    Any suggestions for something that may have all of this?

    You won't find coax-in on a graphics card, you need a TV card for that.

    Well, I've noticed its hard to find one with a TV tuner of some kind, but I have an ATI video card on another PC (DELL 8300) that has this coax input so that is why I was hoping I could find one that is similar.

    That is an All-in-wonder card, a combination of TV and graphics card. I don't think you can still buy these for PCI.
