Please excuse my ignorance, I did search before I posted, but some of my questions still remain unanswered.

I have one of the oldest xbox 360's, bought it around Dec 2005, Hitachi LG. I updated to the New Xbox Experience and flashed my xbox the next day. I haven't connected it to the internet yet.

Will these upcoming software updates brick my xbox to the point where I am unable to do anything with it?

Am I able to play Original Xbox 360 games on the flashed xbox online?

Am I able to play Burned Xbox 360 games on the flashed xbox online?

Is there anything that I should be concerned about, I'd prefer to have xbox live, but I can do without it.

What does microsoft scan in your xbox that gets you banned? The burned game or modded BIOS which allows you to play the games?

Thank You Very Much in Advance
