Hey guys never really used nero before but bought it recently, my problem is im trying to burn downloaded episodes of lost to dvd, the source where I download the multi eps from names all the files the same ( so ep 1 files are all the same as ep2) so when I drag and drop the files across to burn, it flags up saying I already have a file called that would I like to replace...
I tried simply putting a 1 etc on the end and this worked on the biggest file ( vts_01_1) but when I try and do this on the dvd info file and the back up file of the ifo it wont allow me to??

Im prob making a real basic mistake here so any help would be appreciated.

I assume that you wish to convert/burn files in 'DVD Movie format' (not a DivX data disk to play on a DivX standalone player).

Are these individual avi files (ep1.avi or the like) or is it a DVD folder containing the files?
A DVD folder would be named 'VIDEO_TS' and would contain .VOB, .IFO and BUP files.
In the first case you would use 'Nero Vision' to load the .avi files and each would be treated as a separate movie title.
In the second place you would use 'Nero Express' to load all of the files in the folder.

If you go from StartSmart you should be able to select it.

Nero Express is used to load a complete DVD folder - but only one folder .

If you want to load multiple DVD movies, use Nero Vision.
Select only the files relevant to the title.
That is VTS_01_1.VOB, VTS_01_2.VOB etc then after those files are in the window, click on the merge symbol.
It's the centre button in a group of three in the lower left of the window.

Now you can load the next movie folder.

Note that the total running time of the titles decides the quality of the final product.

If you load a 2-2½ hour movie, you will get the best quality.
Trying to squeeze four hours of running time onto a standard DVD disk will result in much lower quality.
