First off, HELLO. I have been trolling this site for a while now and just decided to join in hopes of being able to get some help from those of you who knew what they were doing when it comes to modding these little plastic things that are supposed to be meant to just take calls. Anyway, I just got a Motorola E815 yesterday to replace my V710. Aside from DLing a few free ringtones from www.FunForMobile.com, I basically left the V710 alone. I never used it's MP3 playing feature, I have zero games on it, etc. Buuuut with the E815 I just got, I was hoping to really take full advantage of everything and anything that phone can do. I just ordered the USB Data cable for it 2 days ago, (hope to have it by tomorrow) and I went out and bought a 256mb TransFlash memory card for my V710...which is now in my E815. What I'm basically asking here is if anyone here would be willing to post up some links to tutorials on "how-to's" for this phone and getting files/software to it. (the E815, not the V710) I'd also be very appreciative of any links to sites where I can obtain some games, ringers, pix, the Phone Tools Deluxe software, and other cool features for free. i just bought the L7 SLVR and it came with nothing and off a torrent site i downloaded motorola phone tools v4.0. you could use somewhere like torrentspy to download it but you need a bittorrent client i think its called you can use azureas. =)

I tried to change the skin on my E815 and now whenever I go to the part in the phone where you do the voice dialing it shows the Scarlet skin even when I dont have that skin set to my phone. Any ideas on how to take it off?
