Easy CD-DA is a fine application. You can download it from: http://cd-rw.org/software/audio_software/cd-da_extractors/easy_cdda_extractor.cfm Easy also supports the so called LAME presets, but they are slightly "hidden" in the software. Scroll to the very bottom of the LAME settings pulldown menu and you shall fined the tuned "Standard", "Extreme" etc. settings. These are the settings that should be prefferd, instead of if the other Easy CD-DA LAME configurations or manual tweaking.
