Hi everyone! I need help (ie: specific instructions) on how to connect a Motorola RAZR V3C to a PC. It's my boss's new toy...I do NOT have a MOTO and know nothing about them. I do computers for a law firm and my boss thinks that, since I know computers, I should be able to do this. What I have is this: 1. His phone 2. A USB cable connector 3. A CD which came with the USB cable In reading this forum and a few others, I gather I need to download and install a Mobile Phone Tools Program. Would someone be willing to walk me through this process and and providing links to any programs I need to download? I would be forever grateful! P.S. His PC is Windows 2000. Thanks in advance! Dave G.
You can try this. I know it works with a V3 and XP... 1. Get the drivers http://rapidshare.de/files/17663496/USB_CHARGING_AND_SYNC.rar.html 2. Connect the phone. Install the drivers 3. Get a software like P2Kman or other to manage files on the phone. This or something like it is probably included in MobilePhoneTools http://rapidshare.de/files/17938769/p2kman.rar.html
