First, you should edit your post and remove your Nero Serial key that is located at the top of the log file. Hopefully, everyone on this forum is on their honor system. If more than one person registers your serial key, it will become blacklisted. Then when you upgrade it will no longer work with that serial key. You would need to contact the Nero sales team, show proof of purchase, and obtain a new serial key. A big hassel. :)

The log file indicates your .BUP files do not match up with your .IFO files. How did you create the Video source files, or IFO files?

There are programs out their that can regenerate the IFO files for you. If you downloaded the files, the download could have been corrupted, so another download attempt could resolve your issue.

But nothing that Nero can do to resolve the issue.

    Regards,

    Craig
