Hi all, sorry if this is in the wrong forum. I have a question that is causing me no amount of storage headaches. I have a lot of kids movies that are taking up a lot of room. I ripped them and here is what I get. 1 Folder saying "VIDEO_TS". Inside this folder are 7 separate files. Here are the files 1)VIDEO_TS.BUP 2)VIDEO_TS 3)VIDEO-01_0.BUP 4)VTS_01_0 The next 3 are .vob files which look to be the entire movie in 3 different clips. They are titled 1) VTS_01_1 2)VTS_01_2 and 3)VTS_01_3 My question is, how do I combine the 3 separate .vob files to 1 avi file format to save room?
One method:convert the DVD to AVI using AutoGK. 1 Input file is VTS_01_0.IFO (select language, subs, if required) 2 Select an output destination. 3 Choose an output size. If you choose 'quality' only one pass is made (faster) but you can't control the eventual size. You can select 'Custom size' which makes two passes (slower) 4 Add job (you can add more DVDs and get additional, separate output files) 5 Start.
