First off my Pc is NO power house nor do I intend it to be. I was just wanting to ask someone with more knowledge than myself. Which video card is better in terms of performance. NVidia GeForce3 Ti200 64MB or a NVidia GeForce4 MX 440 (not sure of MB). I was given some spare parts and was wondering which was best. I (now don't laugh) Currently have a NVidia Riva TNT2 Model 64 Pro 32MB card installed. I'm just looking for any upgrade at the moment. Thanks for any info and for not poking fun at my setup.

Ah, that's an age old question.

What it comes down to is the GeForce 4 MX line was nVidia's budget line card for the "4" series. In some tasks it can out perform the GeForce 3 Ti200.

It all depends on what you want to do with your computer, if you're thinking about gaming at all, I'd say go with the GF3Ti since it has full DirectX 8.x support...actually overall I'd still say go with the GF3Ti200.

    Here's a nice comparison at Tom's Hardware: http://www.tomshardware.com/graphic/02q1/020206/geforce4-09.html

Thanks for the advice. I installed both into my computer, The mx 440 started giving me problems straight after I started playing a game. The ti200 performed excellent in my opinion so I stuck with it. But anyway thanks again for you reply.
