Newbie... Want to find out how to play all region DVD code

    Sorry, I know you might have answered this question before but I couldn't figure out some things. I have a new computer with a DVD Rom/cdrw drive, I want to be able to view different DVD regions but the system only allows one at a time. Now I don't care about burning DVDs, I just want to know how to view my DVD disks that have different regions, can anyone help?
