Downloaded the newest trial version of TMPGEnc and the install is erroring out with ISScript errors. It says my version is too old, thus it can't install. I've done everything on http://consumer.installshield.com/kb.asp?id=Q108322 to try to remedy it, but nothing has worked. Has this happened to anyone else? If so, how did you fix it? Thanks for any help. Just another instance of MSI being the most horrible piece of filth ever.
I was able to resolve it by having a friend install it on his computer and sending his install directory to me. Since, I've switched to TMPGEnc Xpress with no issues.
