Newly Flashed 360. Help

    I just bought a pre-modded 360. I have tied to load Halo 3 and Prov evo 2008.

    I get a warning message on both which says that I must install the upgrade for the games to work. Am I safe to do this, or will this upgrade replace my flashed firmware? I'm guessing this upgrade (what ever it is) is only on newer games as I was able to load Command & Conquer fine.

    Yes you are safe to do this mate.
    This is normal with a lot of games so don't worry and install the updates.

    Thanks for the advice, I was just a little concerned having owned a PSP where the games will try and get you to update the firmware thus losing your custom firmware.
