    Dear Afterdawn,

Since 05/16/2008 your nice newsletters aren't correctly displayed in my Outlook.
In fact, is not being displayed as HTML but as text, but HTML text, as it weren't taken as HTML by my Outlook.
Do you have a clue why this can be happening?
Have you change anything or it can be my Outlook?

    Thanks in advance

    Daremo

    Hi Daremo,

We always verify our newsletter with a number of email clients, including Outlook 2003, prior to each sending. The only change that has been made to the newsletter recently is changing the font colour of the copyright notice in the end from white to black.

The newsletter is always sent with two versions in one email -- one plaintext version for those email clients that do not support HTML rendering, and one HTML version.

Have you installed any software that might be affecting emails? For instance anti-virus software or spam filters? Have you had problems with any other HTML formatted email? Does outlook show the HTML email with the actual HTML tags, or just the plaintext version of the email? You can easily identify the plaintext version - it has the following text at the top:

    Code:

Well... before the date I write initially I read your newsletter without problems. Actually I am able to read all HTML mails, which are a few, except for yours and a couple more.

BTW... I am using Outlook 2007 since long time before things changes with your NL.

Of course I follow the link you mentioned to read your publication. The thing is that I usually keep them for later read in an special folder. This have not sense now as it doesn't display ok.

Anyway, Thanks for your replay :(
