Next best resolution above 1024x768 for CRT's?

    Whats the next best resolution above 1024x768 for my 19inch CRT (not widescreen) monitor? and is there a way to make the text and stuff bigger on higher resolutions?

    The next setting would be 1152 X 864, you may noy be able to keep the setting due to your monitor, it may say "out of range" but give it a try>
