shit,, its out now.. just go to here and follow instructions carefully. you also have to have an unpatched version of gta:lcs. you can check it by the upgrade on the umd. if its a 2.0 upgrade, your ready to go, so what are you waiting for, if its 2.6 or other than 2.0, go to blockbuster, rent a copy, and hope its the unpatched version!! good luck!!
why dig up old threads when these people more then likely already know this. this thread is over two weeks old, the downgrader wasn't released then.
