Nintendo 64 Emulators ....Any Ideas?

Thought about getting a N64 emulator (project 12).

Do they work?

What do i need?

Never used any sort of emulator before but would love to have a blast at GoldenEye!!!

If anyone can help would be muchly appreciated

Two I've used with success are:

Project 64

/and/

Nemu64

In my past experience Project64 has been by far the best PC based N-64 emulator available.

 

Thanks Both - Where can i obtain the games and in what file ext will they come as, ISO?

Never done this before so i am a total noob i'm afraid.

I spse i just download the EMU and then mount the images to it and play?

You just download the rom (.n64 I think) and then load it into Project64 to play.
