Can anyone give me advice on the best solution for the DS Lite for playing homebrew and backups?

I was told to get the Supercard (SD/miniSD) and Superkey but have since heard that the Supercard suffers from slowdown in GBA games.. Now maybe that isn't true with the SD/MiniSD or the superkey fixes it (really a noob at this).

Could someone please tell me what is the best solution for the DS Lite. I want good compatibility and no slow down at all. I don't mind paying a little extra I just want it to work as well as it can do. I'm really interested in playing media files though, that would just be a plus.

Thank you all very much for any and all advice.

Get a M3 (SD or MiniSD) and either the Passcard or Max Media Launcher (both do the same)

M3's do not suffer any slowdown of games at all.

You can purchase them from http://www.divineo.net

    Yes, that would work.

There are several differences between the Passkey2 and the Passcard.

The Passkey2 needs an original DS game to work, it has to be programmed to work with that game, the passkey2 sticks out of the DS.

The Passcard is the same size as a DS game, does not require an original game to work and it consumes less battery power than the passkey2.

    The CF is HUGE!

The SD looks a LOT better! Plus SD cards are for nothing nowadays. i paid $120 for a 1GB for my N-Gage about a year ago. I just got a 1GB SD from ebay for... 99 cents! $23 after shipping! Was a decent one too, RiData, lifetime warranty with it aswell!

Well I have ordered my M3 SD and Passcard for a total of $130, whci is more than I was led to believe I would have to spend but might as well get the right one today and save hassle tomorrow.

Looking forward to all the DS goodness. plus there are lots of great GBA games I missed out on. Minish Cap here I come!!

    Thanks folks!
