I have recently purchased a original nintendo ds and want to get myself a card so that I am able to play homebrew software, run emulators and play my backup games. I heard that the M3 and passcard3 combo works quite well, does anyone know where the cheapest place to get them is or can anyone recommend another card. Also does the lite version fit into the original DS. Thanks Mike P.S. I live in the UK.
hi Dread, 1) M3 and Passcard3 is by far the best bundle out there, its cheaper than the DS Xtreme and offers expandable memory (depends on the size SD card variant you use). 2) check out the "Global Sell Net" page on M3 adapter.com: http://www.m3adapter.com/global_sell_net.htm . I have heard good things about modchip-store.co.uk 3) M3 Lite will *not* fit into the original DS. The M3 Lite pro, however, supposedly comes with a case to convert it into a GBA sized cart to fit into the original DS - don't take my word on that though, its just a rumor I have heard. If you have an original DS and plan to upgrade to the DS lite eventually, I would recommend picking up a miniSD version
Dude, My M3 and PassCard 3 just arrived, and I bought it from http://www.consolesource.com With shipping it came to a total of 66.99. I thought it was a great price, and it arived in 4 days.
How much does the m3 perfect minisd stick out. Does anyone know anywhere that sells cheap minisd cards? Thanks, dread
Also has anyone used www.model-gadget.com. Is the G6 any good because it is cheaper than buying the m3 and a minisd card. dread
