hello all, i had a 2 gb micro sd card which was working fine until one day it just froze on the loading screen...i got a 8gb micro sdhc card put the latest firmware on from the R4 site but still have the same issues. i have two R4 cards and this is happening when i put the micro sdhc in both R4's?? if anyone could help i would be very grateful as my daughter is driving me crazy to get it fixed. many thanks
The problem your encountering is a result of the R4 not supporting microSDHC. Regular microSD cards range up to 2GBs. Since you have the 8GB microSDHC card, you should probably buy something along the lines of DSTT if your just going to use it for games or something like the M3 Real DS for everything else and more. As for the 2GB freezing, you should probably copy all your data from the microSD to your computer and then format the card and replace all the files on the card.
