i got the same problem.i reformated yesterday and now i cant get any sound via head phone jack.i downloaded that real tek driver but when i go set it up it just resets computer and when it comes back its says i have new hardware. and when i go to update driver it restarts again. did you evr figure it out? thanx in advance
Try installing the drivers directly from RealTek. http://www.realtek.com.tw/Downloads/downloadsView.aspx?Langid=1&PNid=14&PFid=24&Level=4&Conn=3&DownTypeID=3&GetDown=false
