I have a quicktime video with .mov extension. I'm using WinAvi Video Converter ver. 8 to convert the .mov to .avi. The file was converted. The video portion is fine. However there's no audio. What can I do to remedy this? Thanks
Try this.Drag the original .mov file onto the window and select the output container (AVI). Right click on the window to check the destination folder.
