I used DVD Decrypter to rip the movie i the IFo mode. Then I select the video, audio and sub stream. The movie is fine and is viewable in my computer. but when I was about to burn it with Nero, the program repot like the DVD testing compliant is failed, and I see hat the movie doesn't have BUP file, what should I do?

Use DVD Shrink on the files created by DVD Decrypter to make a video file folder or a DVD image (iso) file and then burn with DVD Decrypter or Nero.

....and if you still get the compliance error, try vob blanker (free d/load). I've used it a few times for this sort of problem and they've all worked for me.
