no burn on some DVD software

    Dvd burners will not burn with DVD Clone, Nero or Proshow Gold but will burn with FAB Platinum. Any suggestions as to what to do? I get error message related to media, but change to different media doesn't correct the problem.

    Also nothing beyond AnyDVD 5.2.6.1 will run. All versions beyond will cause computer to continue rebooting and won't open XP Pro.

    Try a system cleanup - check for spyware/virus etc. Do a defrag on your hard drive.
