No channels found

Hey
I have the box with 4.5 on it, it works perfect on ntl but will only find about 20 channels on chorus, my friend has the same box and is on chorus and it wont find any chennels any 1 have the same problem or able to help?

Depends on wheter he has true cable or MMDS.

 

whats the difference and how do i know?

 

True cable is a direct feed into the house. MMDS is an aerial on top of the roof and a cable feed from the aerial into the house. Tell me their location.

 

there is no arial it is a feed coming from out side the house

 

And what is their general location?

 

i have not got a clue where the cable goes to? it is running along the street and being feed into each house if thats what you mean??
