Hi All, Hope you can help? For the past week or so have been trying to update channels, but it comes up with 0 channels found, have tried C++, N++ and T++ -all the same. Have even tried manually loading (latest?) codes and still get the same thing -0 channels found I have Virgin cable, so assume I should be using C&*. Hve had the box 6 mpnths with no real probs until now. Would appreciate any ideas Thanks Steve
Check all the connections to begin with and see if there's a problem. It might be the cable linking your box to the cable feed from outside of the house.
