No Channels! Help!

    the box super ireland(star view 3)connected to ch**us c**k but no channles appearing.I had them earlier but now they are gone.thanks for any info

    Menu > 1570
    key emu on
    Set Default, key Press ok
    Exit to s*y sports & let it update.

    I tried this but nothing works.I also tried new installation but no channles found,has box gone faulty?I only got the box this week.thank for your help

    Is it saying "no signal" or "scrambled or bad chann3l" ?

    Try a factory reset & you should get them back
    Menu
    Factory setting > PIN 0000, ok to delete

    TURN THE BOX OFF AT THE BACK FOR ONE MINUTE THEN TURN BACK ON

    english > installation
    choose provider
    Autoscan
    press ok
    channels found
    Exit
    menu > 1570
    Turn emu on
    Exit Exit Exit

    Go to one of the blank channels & tell me if it says no signal or scrambled or bad chann3l.

    i can't do that.There are no channels to go to,and there are no channel numbers appearing on the box.

    Take the coaxial cable out of the b0x & put it in your TV & see if you have any channels on the TV.

    .A neighbour has informed me that ch**us c**k is off the air because of storm!I will have to wait until recetion is back.Thanks for your help.seems I have wasted your time.How can I get channel names to appear rather than chnnel numbers.Thanks for all your help

    sometimes first scan tv101 tv102 etc,exit out factory reset,power off box and try again works,
