no $ channels on starview

Hope someone can help, I have just deleted all channels and done an auto scan, then put in my keys for t***w**t stored emu on etc
but I still can't get $ channels
what am I doing wrong?

If you have put in the correct codes, just press menu type 1570 on RC and turn key emu on.

 

am i allowed to tell you the codes i have used, soz bit thick at his game.

yes just checked all keys are correct.
when I go onto nav n*l is always up first is this ok? when I go to t***w**s my keys are fine, all right keys etc.
not sure what else to do?
