hello anybody help. box is working but when i install channels it goes through but fails on every channel on every provider. there is 0%level and 0% quality. anybody any suggestions please. the person whose box it is has messed about with it could n*l have blocked the signal? it is not the cable because mine works on it.
have done all that but still no good. never experienced this before. doing my head in. the no quality and level leads me to think it is the cable but my box works on it.
dont give up just yet the experts will be along shortly im sure they'll solve your problem ,are you sure all your connections are connected properly ie coax from cc into cable input and scart in properly?
Make sure your incoming cable is in "Cable Input" When you auto scan , you will see a lot of transponders failing but please be patient and let the scan finish till the end . try another Factory Setting this way Menu > Factory Setting PIN 0000 OK to delete Turn box off at the back for a minute and turn back on English > Installation Choose Provider etc Automatic Scan Press OK Channels found Exit Menu 1570 Turn EMU key ON Exit , exit , exit
