OK.... Here is my problem AGAIN, now my problem started here. I unscrewed every screw from my xbox, I then CAREFULLY took the case off. After that I went to google, looked up something along the lines of (sorry if this part isn't specific enough verbal) xbox hotswap, I was sent either here or to some other site, xbox-scene maybe? (once again, sorry) AnywaysI found a tutorial, follwed it exactly, I use xboxhdm and uxe, that's about all I know. Well, somewhere in the process of hotswapping, I finished with the tool. (Partioned and all the good crap) Well The following screen said "All Done" Well, In the tutorial it said to wait five seconds and shut both the pc and xbox off, I did that re connected everything and turned my xbox on I got the flubber intro deal and it just sits at big X with microsoft underneath it. I have no dash, good thing is it still plays games, as long as the game is inside of the xbox before I turn it on. However whenever I try to eject the disk while playing a game it goes to the big X with the microsoft logo, I was hoping for a dash. I'm stuck as to what I can do, I've found similar posts about it but none seem to have found an exact solution, the person wasn't specific enough so the people are still trying to help them. I've givin you all I've done and I've hit a brick wall, any help will be appreciated. Thanks again. CCCody
UpdateMy brother tried this with his xbox and also had no luck as of earlier today, BOTH of the xboxs were playing games but now, maybe three hours later, NEITHER of them play games, I'm in desperate need of help, please hurry.
