got a V7 39001 PS2 with a Magic2 modchip installed for years and worked great. turned on to play andwont boot game. goes directly to the browser screen very quickly. the laser throw out a red beam whenthe reset it hit. and the drive spindle twitches barely. i checked the board fuses and i cant get a reading on the ps13 fuse. so would that fuse prevent the drive from spinning? it ejects fine.
