No Ethernet Link on Kryptview

I have just got a kryptview a780 and followed the instructions to download the firmware and scan for channels in my area. All seemed to be ok until I tried to view a PPV channel and got the error "Scrambled or no video", I looked at my VM router and noticed that I didn't have a link light lit up on the port I had the kryptview plugged into.

I have tried the ethernet cable and VM router with my laptop and everything works fine but when i plug my kryptview into it i cannot get a network connection.

Anyone got any ideas on how I can fix this please???

    thanks in advance

Thanks E35, I was using the wrong firmware for the box, I put the A750 on instead of the A780, obviously not concentrating enough!!

    thanks again mate
