I have a softmodded Xbox with EvolutionX. Those with the program know that when you start the Xbox up and it goes to the main screen of EvoX you see the ip address(Blue skin). Yesturday i backed up two games with no problem, but today when i start up and get takin to the main screen there is no ip address. When i go to system settings, the ip is there, its just not on the main screen. This means that i can't connect at all to the PC cause the PC doesnt see a id address. I need help. I'm frustrated beyond belief cause i've tryed so much and no one has messed with any of the settings to cause this.
It wont show up until your xbox is connected to your p.c. Just remember to connect your xbox to your p.c and boot up your p.c before your boot your xbox. Then when you boot up your xbox your i.p will be there for all to see. Hope this helps.
I JUST INSTALLED EVOLUTION X ON MY XBOX AND I CANT GAT ONLINE. DID YOU HAVE THIS PROBLEM. IF SO HOW DO I FIX IT?
Sorry my friend cant help you there i dont go online through my xbox although i definately should. One thing i could say is the avalaunch dashboard is much better for this. Just remember that microsoft will ban you on xbox live if they find out you have a modded xbox.
