I have a video that plays fine, but you can't skip ahead using the progress bar. If you try to, it take just as long to get there as if you had just let it pay in real time to get there. Its not streaming video. Its an avi. I am pretty sure its just a lack of keyframes. Is there a simple process in virtual dub that I can apply to fix it?
