"No Media Inserted" error

    Recently my CD burner has been giving me an error whenever I try to burn to a CD-R or CD-RW. I've tried to burn a number of different discs to make sure the discs weren't bad, but I still get an error messege when I try to burn the cd's. Anyone else have this problem? Do you think it's a driver problem or is my drive is all screwed up. Oh, btw the drive is able to read from cd's.

    Nobody can tell you anything unless you provide good deal of background info. Software, hardware, the error message.

    Do you think we should play Wheel Of Fortune with your error message, or what?

    Are you by any chance using Adaptec Easy CD Creator.....? I've had the same exact problem with my CD Creator 4 , Iomega ZipCD 650 burner, & windows 98... i've even REFORMATTED my whole computer, and it still does it. also looking for help.
