Hey, so I'll get right to it. There has been no real new/good burning software out for some time now. SO my question is weather or not there is any new burning software and if not why not? The most likely anwser to that is with Copyright laws, there are just not many people out there willing to make copying software that bypasses protection for fear of Prosecution.

I know what your thinking "but what about DVDshrink, anyDVD,CloneDVD,DVDdeycriptor" and many others like them. I love these softwares and have been using them for years with success!! but Like many things all things need to change and grow. I guess my point is that It just seems to be going a little slower for the ripping software community!

If you know of any new or "coming soon" Burning software please let me know:)

Maybe because nothing new is needed. (Put simply)
With AnyDVD staying updated regularly, to stay on top of things, the old softwares are still doing excellent jobs. Even if new software comes out, I wouldn't use it until what I have quits working.
As long as the older stuff [bold]still works[/bold], what's the problem? As long as AnyDVD keeps updating, we may never need new software.)

I see what you're saying, but I don't understand why you want new software, just to have something new.
As long as the old, tried and true software still works, there's just no need for new................ unless they discover some new groundbreaking features or something like that.

Are you just tired of the same old interfaces, or what?
I'm a big believer of: "If it ain't broke, don't fix it!"
AnyDVD is the only software [bold]I[/bold] use, that needs to continually update.)

    I completely agree with JVC.
Why are you looking for something new? You say that all things need to change and grow. Well that is exactly what AnyDVD does do in this case, updates regularly and is always changing and growing.

I continously look for new tools to make backups and I love to see different interfaces of the proggys, but I see -mattn1979- point as these proggys get old to look at and need new features.
