no output files found

    i have tried to download nero 8 free trial, and i can't as i get so far and then it says no output found, can anyone help

    As I've deduced from your other post, it looks like you have Nero 7. Did you make use of the Clean Tool to uninstall it?

    no i haven't used clean tool, how can i get it and what do i do, thanx
