NO PICTURE, BUT SOUND. HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED

    Ok, so I'm making my brother a christmas present and I'm trying to burn him a vcd to play on the DVD player. It started out as an AVI, I used tmpgenc to convert to MPEG, and then I burned it to VCD using Nero. The sound works, the video doesn't. Where did I go wrong? How can I get it right?

    did u load pal vcd settings, also use video cd settings when u cut & merge it
