no picture on eurovox blue features on blank screen

ive got eurovox max blue i no theve gone down but ive got no bbc1 which shud still be on and normal channels on screen features still there like now and next but total blank screen power scanned it reflashed nothing is there any ideas

 

Factory default, remove splitter, powerscan.

 

so u seaid remove splitter is that were the cable joins up 2 ur box and modem

 

you've got a single cable going into a small piece of hardware whhich in turn has 2 cables coming out of it ... one goes to the eurovox and the other to the modem - that small piece of hardware is the splitter.
