I have just installed a new BENQ DW1655 lightscriber. I'm using DVD Decrypter/ DVD Shrink. The burn (Gladiator)was successful. It played on the house DVD player. I did get some errors. The ISO file didn't attach to any program and the DVD wouldn't play in the PC. I then put in several other commercial DVD's in the player and one rented from the store and they would not play. I haver played DVD's on this PC before the new drive. I have several media players and when I try to open from the players I get errors. Even in Windows Media player I can't get the original DVD's to open. This sounds like a software issue to me as I know the drive works well. I even updated the firmware right away.
    Am I just stupid?
    What am I missing?

Odd, maybe you need to set the region code for the new DVD drive? <_<
