Hi, I'm really new to all this! Just got the box last week... I have The Box Super, serial number: 8e004633 API: GTRom_Super_6.01e Boot Ver: 8 I've got it all loaded up, following the instructions included in the download and I've been browsing thru this forum, trying some of the other things suggested. The problem happens when I do an automatic scan. The box isn't picking up any channels. Its going thru all 31 of the wee bar things, some of them are failing, but most are ok. Nothing is appearing in the TV or Radio sections and at the end it is saying 0 programs found. When I go into manual scan, the level's floating around 43% and the quality is steady at 99%. I've got a booster wired in and it's not making any difference. Is there anything else I can try? Thanks for all your help! Jenny
Try 7.09 firmware and make sure you factory reset after flash and turn key emu back on. Also make sure you are scanning on the correct provider.
