no sata..how to get xtreme firmware?

    hey..
    i have a x360 with a hitachi drive..
    i have a laptop with no sata..
    i was wondering what equipment i need to buy to flash it..
    can i just buy a pcmcia sata card... or a simple sata to usb converter?
    could u please give me some links for the specific equipment i need to buy?
    i need sites which ship to australia...

    get the x360 usb by team exectuer. Its around £30 and is all you need. Its what I used along with this guide.http://www.sws.vxcomputers.com/x360usb/
